Mariah Carey is one dedicated woman: she's never, ever spotted in anything less than a three-inch heel. The singer was decidedly dressed down on Tuesday, when she was spotted leaving a Los Angeles medical building with husband Nick Cannon at her side.

Only Mariah would choose her absolute tightest sweatsuit for an outing to the doctor—and only she would pair it with several thousand dollars worth of Yves Saint Laurent accessories. Mariah's 'Tribute' sandals run about $760, while her black 'Easy' bag has a price tag of $1295.

Nick Cannon Gives OK! All the Scoop on His Vow Renewal

OK! caught up with Nick Cannon at the premiere of Just Wright at Ziegfeld Theater in NYC on Thursday where he talked candidly about how is vow renewal with Mariah Carey was just this year, but he’ll still outdo himself next year!

OK! NEW: NICK CANNON AND MARIAH CAREY RENEW THEIR VOWS

Each year since they married on May 30, 2008, Nick renews his vows with Mariah and tries to make the new ceremony better than the last!

“It was fun,” Nick told OK! about his ceremony this year. “Except that the paparazzi was there, but besides that it was cool.”

One thing Nick changed up this year was inviting a more people to attend.

“This was the most that we had. Every year we try to get more and more,” he explained. “This time it was just like family and friends. Close family and friends.”

Nick’s present to Mariah hasn’t been a secret since its sparkle could be seen miles away. But Mariah’s gift to Nick was just as special to him as a diamond ring — she took him to the Mayweather vs. Mosley fight at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

“That was cool because what girl would want to?” Nick said, adding, “And she enjoyed it just as much as I did.”

What does Nick have in store for year four?

“Probably New York,” he told OK!. “We haven’t done New York, so our New York friends haven’t gotten a chance to celebrate with us.”

But, he’s going take his time figuring out the details.

“I don’t know,” he added. ” I got a whole year to think about it.”

In the meantime, Nick has a lot of other work to do!

“I got a bunch of stuff coming up,” he added. “Outside of America’s Got Talent coming up June 1, but my comedy tour starts in July. We going on the road, me and a couple of the cast members from Wild N Out, we going out and doing some stand up.”

But Nick’s also still working with Nickelodeon and TeenNick.

“It’s cool, it’s a 9 to 5 job,” he said. “I get to explore the corporate side, so I’m enjoying it.”

And who knows, his wife may even join him on a show!

“We got to do a couple of promos and stuff and we do the Halo awards every year. Last year we had Alicia Keys and Lebron James and Justin Timberlake, that kind of got her amped,” Nick told OK!. “She was like, I want to be on it this year. So, you might see her on it this year.”

Mariah Carey Hopes To Dominate Airwaves With Help From Jermaine Dupri

Songstress Mariah Carey, with help from super producer, Jermaine Dupri, has revealed that she is hoping that the 1st single from her new studio album will be released “before the end of the year”. Mariah Carey and Dupri have been working on the new project for over a week and are still in the early stages of crafting new material. Along with Randy Jackson and B. Michael Cox, the supergroup is planning to take over R&B music all over again. The group was so hyped about a song on which they were finishing for Carey’s new studio album that they had to share the moment with her fans, via Twitter, of course:
Mariah Carey:
“The song we did tonight, I don’t want to go into it ’cause I don’t want anybody else to know about it until it’s done. But I think it’s going to make you happy ’cause it already is making me happy.”
Randy Jackson:
“We gonna be making history up in here on the album. Me, B.Cox, Jermaine, Mariah, of course. It’s gonna be on Mariah’s album. And several people we won’t mention yet and a concept we can’t discuss.”

At her marriage re-commitment fete Friday with Nick Cannon at their Beverly Hills home, Mariah Carey spoke openly about the couple's deep desire to have a child, a guest tells me.

The singing superstar's recent weight gain has reportedly been due to fertility treatments Carey has been undergoing.

''Not that a few extra pounds on Mariah bothers Nick at all. He likes his woman with a bit of meat on her bones,'' the friend said with a laugh.While Carey has continued to hope she and Cannon can conceive a baby, she also reportedly is now looking into adopting.A number of Carey chums report the entertainer has been deeply moved by the story of Sandra Bullock's long-secret adoption of little Louis -- first revealed publicly last week in that People magazine cover story.

Carey receives diamond-studded iPad as wedding anniversary gift

Singer Mariah Carey is said to have been presented with a diamond-studded iPad from bosses at cosmetics firm Elizabeth Arden on her wedding anniversary.

Carey, 40, who became the first superstar musician to get a rhinestone-encrusted iPad, was given the gift by the brains behind her M perfume, reports Contactmusic.

She and her husband Nick Cannon, 29, had walked down the aisle for a third time on April 30.

And they had hosted a lavish ceremony to renew their wedding vows.
